Three days on from the end of my vegetarian week, what’s changed? What have I learnt? and how has it affected my diet?

Another nice video,
It’s true you can be meatless and still have tasty selections. There are so many different things you can eat as a vegetarian/vegan. Occasionally I’ve run into people who thought that the meatless lifestyle was limited, and it always confused me. Technology is amazing, and you can find numerous recipes on vegetarian/vegan cuisine. I rarely include processed meals in my lifestyle, but those can be helpful for those who are transitioning or simply want to incorporate meatless meals into their eating routine.
I enjoy mushrooms too. Have you ever tried growing your own mushrooms? If you can’t get them fresh from a Mushroom harvester, if you really like them that much try growing your own. I’ve done it a few times. I bought a mushroom kit. The mushrooms were a lot more flavorful.
